28 year old Australian national Daniel Tzvetkoff was arrested on April 17 in Las Vegas on charges of illegally processing online poker payments. At his bail hearing on April 23 Tzvetkoff was granted bail against all expectations.

Tzvetkoff’s legal team headed by Robert Goldstein took recourse to glycerin tears … well almost. Tzvetkoff was described as a good young man, a devoted father to a three year old boy and a committed partner to an eight-month pregnant fiancée Nicole Crisp.
